| Children |
All children are welcome. Infants, 0 to 2, can share existing bedding or cot free of charge. The maximum number of a child's cot/crib in a room is 1. A child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. DeLuxe rooms have a sofa which can expand to a bed for one or two child(ren) aged 3 to 11, surcharge 80 rmb per night per child included breakfast. Children over 11 years old, are considered as adults, can stay on the (sofa)bed for 230 rmb per night included breakfast.
Children under 18 years have to stay under adult supervision. Every person needs a valid ID. |

Due to safety measures, it is not possible to place an extra bed in the rooms. In the Deluxe rooms we have a sofa(bed). |

When booking more than 3 rooms, a discount of 10% may apply. |
| Longer Stay |
When booking for 3 nights and over, a discount of 10% may apply. |
| Minimum Stay |
Minimum stay in High season periods is 2 nights. |
Cancellation/
No-Show |
Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival will incur the first nights charge. Failure to arrive at Villa Verde will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge. |

All rates are quoted in Chinese Renminbi (Rmb) and are inclusive of applicable taxes and Service charge. Available payment option is at this moment direct Deposit. We prefer payments in Rmb, but we also receive other currencies as Euro and USDollar. We use the XE.com Currency Converter. We will advise you of our banking details during the reservation process. |
| Prepayment |
The first night will be charged as prepayment. The total price of the booking will be charged upon arrival. |
| Supplements |
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid separately during your stay. |

For a quiet atmosphere we didn’t install TV-sets in the rooms. On special events we can install a TV-set in the restaurant or lounge. |
Insurance |
Villa Verde strongly suggest that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover against illness, injury, loss of property, cancellation and other travel dillemmas. |
